call it a wish list, lust list, wanna see it list....I've tried most of these, want to see the Jason Wu pieces tomorrow....want to add the Anthro pieces to my wardrobe (although I want to wait till sale on the pricier ones, ouch! I *love* the Pink Cottage Blouse and do understand it's price...sublimated silk print, very complicated construction...but still...ouch!)
yes, weather is wackadoo enough for me to feel comfortable wearing a cardi in class and sandals for my time out of class (cardi was taken off too.) Winter in Florida is...interesting.
possibly wearing this tomorrow- although I may have to figure out what to wear over it, lol. Completely charmed by the chubby little birds on this top, had to try it on and was charmed again by the fit (doesn't always happen with ON blouses and me, gotta admit).
This is the type of dress I love- easy to wear, non-fussy and hits my shoulders and bust just right while not clinging to my tummy and other trouble spots (hello hips, how are you today?). Since I'm relatively tall at 5'9"-5'10"ish, the maxi length also works good on me- and this one goes down to my shoes. I had boots on today and it worked well with them. I'll be wearing it soon with a layer over and boots I have no doubt and will be able to wear into Spring and possibly beyond. In Florida this is at least a three season, possibly a four season dress (only season I'm not completely sure of is Summer.... funnily enough). I'm sold, and so was the dress. The two stores I was in today couldn't keep it in stock. However, my six year old daughter was dubious.... she wanted to know why she could barely see my shoes, and she contested my classification of it as a dress (not sure what she classified it as, she never did say!) Yay for Gap discounts :)
Love this dress.... weather doesn't always get that cold around here...I just want to know how it fits! (and yay for finding out it has removable straps :) )
